IRONWOOD, Mich. – Joyce H. Lampart, 83, of Jackson Road, in Ironwood Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 27, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Wausau, Wisconsin, with her loving family at her side.

Joyce was born on March 15, 1942, in Ironwood, a daughter of Arvo and Helen V. Maki. She graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in Ironwood.

In 1978, Joyce married Joseph Lampart in Ironwood, where they had three children together which she raised full-time.

Through the years, Joyce enjoyed camping, then spending time on their property at Little Oxbow Lake, where she had fun fishing, gardening, reading and spending time with her husband, sons and mother. Later in life, she loved game shows, word searches, puzzles and her grand puppies visiting her. Joyce's kindness was known and loved by many.

She is survived by her husband, Joe; brother, Ron (Coletta) Maki; son, Michael Puisto;

stepdaughter, Tami (John) Grewe; son, Joseph Lampart Jr. (Nancy); son, John (Kimberly) Lampart; and step-grandchildren, Kayla and Noel.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tina; brother, Richard; and sister, Karen.

She will be laid to rest at Sunset Acres Cemetery in Ironwood Township, where a memorial service will be held at a later date.
