SUDBURY, Mass. - Jill Juli (Sliva) Watson, 60, of Sudbury, and formerly of Bessemer, Michigan, passed peacefully while surrounded by her family on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

Jill was born on Dec. 13, 1965, in Wakefield, Michigan. She was a graduate of A.D. Johnston High School in Bessemer, and received her bachelor's degree in English from Michigan State University. Jill completed her graduate certificate in technical writing at Boston University. She worked in the computer industry for 35 years.

Jill was a wonderful, loving mother to her three girls and a great friend to many. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, running, traveling, fishing on Marco Island and cheering on the MSU Spartans.

Jill is survived by her husband, Bill; three daughters, Jessica Joy, Kimberly Suzanne and Melissa Marjorie; her mother, Marge Sliva; a brother, Dennis (Micki) Sliva; a sister, Joy (Nick) Jacobs; nieces and nephews, Abigail, Sarah, April, Neil, Timothy, Maria, Adam, Alex, Mark and Jack; and her brother-in-law, Philip Tisdall.

She was preceded in death by her loving father, Ward, and a sister, Holly.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 27, at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Sudbury.

Rite of Committal and interment will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery in Bessemer, at a later date.
