John J. "Jack" Negro Jr., 65, of Wakefield, passed away at Aspirus Grand View Hospital in Ironwood, with his loving family at his side, on Monday, May 23, 2011.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, May 28, from 9 to 11 a.m., at All Saints Lutheran Church in Wakefield, with the honor guard beginning at 10:15 a.m. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Bill Jacobson officiating.

A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery with a graveside military service under the auspices of the Wakefield American Legion Post 11 and the Wakefield Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9084.
