WATERSMEET, Mich. - Helen E. (McGeshick) Smith, 80, started her journey on Thursday, June 18, 2015, at home, surrounded by family.
Services will be held at Lakeside Memorial Chapel in Wakefield, with viewing on Monday, June 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. Visitation will be at 1:30 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Watersmeet on Tuesday, June 23. Following the Mass, there will be Food and Drumming at the Round House at the Lac Vieux Desert Old Indian Village, where she will arrive at her final resting spot near family.
Lakeside Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
