Glen A. Peterson

LAKE GOGEBIC, Mich. – Glen A. Peterson, 75, a long-time resident of Lake Gogebic, died Sunday afternoon, April 8, 2018.

Glen was born on Dec. 23, 1942, in Wakefield, a son of Arvid and Esther (Joki) Peterson. He attended Wakefield High School and graduated in 1960.

On Dec. 28, 1963, Glen married Carol A. Lake at the First Lutheran Church in Wakefield.

He was an expediter in a warehouse at White Pine Copper Company.

Glen is survived by a brother, Norman (Annlouise), Clearwater, Fla.; two sisters-in-law, Donna Lake, Wakefield, and Jeannine (Tim) MacLeod, Marenisco; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his beloved wife, Carol, on Feb. 14, 2017.

A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
