WAKEFIELD, Mich. – Delores Budgick, 87, of Wakefield, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, at Aspirus Ironwood Hospital in Ironwood.

Delores was born on March 23, 1936, in Marenisco, a daughter of Earl Richard and Elsie (Russell) Bishop. She graduated from Marenisco High School.

On March 22, 1969, Delores was united in marriage with James E. Budgick in Bergland.

She worked as a nurse's aide at the Gogebic Medical Care Facility in Wakefield, and also worked as a waitress at different establishments in the area.

Delores is survived by her loving husband, Jim; three children, Kim, Debbie and Jim Jr.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and four sisters.

Cremation has taken place, and no services will be held.
