Buffalo, Minn. – David Daniel DeVowe, 61, of Buffalo, the son of Jon David and Leona A. (Kananen) DeVowe, formerly of Bergland, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024, after a long illness with cancer.

David is survived by his father, Jon David; his stepmother, Ann; three sisters, Debra (Wally) Rankin, Lori (Mark) Niemi and Cathy (Larry) Moses; and several children, grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nephews, a niece and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Leona, on Jan. 31, 2021.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, at 11 a.m. EDT, at the Agate Cemetery in Trout Creek, Michigan. The Rev. Ted Trudgeon will officiate.
