IRONWOOD, Mich. – Cheyann (Clemens) Combs, 40, formerly of Ironwood, passed away Friday, July 13, 2018.

Cheyann was born on Sept. 6, 1977, in Ironwood, the daughter of Eugene and Gail (Huotari) Clemens. She attended Luther L. Wright High School and graduated in 1996. In high school she was a cheerleader for the Ironwood Red Devils.

On Oct. 3, 1998, Cheyann was united in marriage to Justin Ray Combs in Ironwood. They were blessed with three children.

She will be remembered by her family and friends as a loving wife and a caring and giving mother. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.

Cheyann is survived by her beloved husband, Justin, Ocala, Fla.; a daughter, Marissa (Justine) Anderson, Crestview, Fla.; two sons, Zachary, Camp Pendleton, Calif., and Justin Jr., Ironwood; her parents, Gene and Gail Clemens, Ironwood; two brothers, Adam (Polly) Clemens and Brad (Laura) Clemens; her mother-in-law, Mary (Barry) Stephenson; and many dear nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of Cheyann's life will be held Monday, July 23, from 2 to 5 p.m., with spiritual words of comfort by Deacon Charles H. Gervasio at 3 p.m., at the Aurora Athletic Club, 101 Penokee Road, in Ironwood.

Expressions of affection in a charitable contribution in Cheyann's memory in lieu of flowers may be made to the Combs' family.
